It's a storm lantern and candle set. This started off as an empty bottle and some discarded wood. It has been hand cut and ground. The storm lantern is the lid, the candle beneath is filled with ecp friendly raoeseed wax and the essential oil scent of your choice.
Use it indoors or out, just don’t let it get wet.
